1. Specification and Main Technical Parameters
3.1 Specification
Type | Class | Reference Voltage Un | Rated Current |
FM2S | Class 1 | 120V/240V | 30(200)A |
3.2 Intrinsic Error (Ib to be basic current, Imax to be rated maximum current)
Load Current | Power Factor | Intrinsic Error(%)
Class 1 | |||
0.05Ib | 1.0 | ±1.5 | |
0.1Ib~Imax | 1.0 | ±1.0 | |
0.1Ib | 0.5(lag) | ±1.5 | |
0.8(lead) | ±1.5 | ||
0.2Ib~Imax | 0.5(lag) | ±1.0
0.8(lead) | ±1.0 |
3.3 Starting current:
Under the conditions of the reference voltage, reference frequency and power factor being 1.0 , and meter class 1 starting at 0.4%Ib, meter class 2 starting at 0.5%Ib, the meter can start normal metering.
3.4 Creeping (Watt-hour meter running without load):
The meter has the logic electric circuit that functions as anti- creeping. When the voltage circuit has 115% reference voltage and the current circuit does not have electric current, the pulse output from the meter test can not be more than one.
3.5 Power dissipation ≤2W(5VA)
3.6 Environmental working condition :
Normal ambient temperature ranges from -25℃~55 ℃
Maximal ambient temperature ranges from -25℃~60℃
Note: Maximal ambient temperature under special request ranges from -40℃~70℃
4. Main Functions
4.1 Electric energy metering function
Electric energy metering function: the metering of the total active electric energy ,the quantity of electricity in reverse way can be accumulated in normal way.
4.2 Output interface
The interface has optical coupling isolator and the active and passive pulse.
4.3 Reverse function
When the electric energy is in reverse way, the light will be on to get attention.
4.4 Power failure display function
The meter has the power failure display function. When the external power source has no electricity, the meter will show the last electric energy data.
5. Installment, Connection & LCD Display
5.1 Outline and Installation size diagram
5.2 Wiring Diagram
5.3 LCD Display: top row to show the electric quantity and bottom row to show the power .LCD display as followed:
